About me
Mobile apps, from the screen to the server.
I've worked with Swift, SwiftUI and Objective-C for 7+ years, and native iOS is where I'm strongest. Today I also ship React Native and Flutter apps for iOS and Android, and I build the APIs, databases and admin panels behind them. So I can own a feature end to end.
I've built apps for big names in the Gulf: e& (Etisalat) in the UAE, Vodafone iPay in Qatar, where I was the lead iOS developer, Pura by PureHealth, and now the Ministry of Justice in the UAE. Before that, I built key features for Driver's Mate, a taxi app used by drivers in the UK.
I care about clean, tested code that ships often. I work remote, in any time zone, and I'm open to senior mobile roles and contract work. I also run SoftStack, where companies can bring me in to build, rescue or grow their apps.

What I'm building now, next to my main job
ApnaPay, Pakistan
A new mobile wallet by Al Makkah Telecom. I lead the full build: the app, the APIs, the database and the staff panel.
- The whole app in Flutter, one codebase for iOS and Android: send money, bills, mobile loads, QR pay and more.
- APIs and database on Supabase (Postgres, edge functions, row level security).
- Staff admin panel in Next.js: accounts, KYC checks, complaints and face checks.
- CNIC and selfie KYC, face scan for big payments, fingerprint login, SMS OTP, PayFast add cash and full Urdu support.
